Auxilio Judicial test: 15 questions by topic with the article of the LOPJ, LEC or LECrim

Fifteen Auxilio Judicial questions with explanation and the article behind each one, the structure of the 3 October 2026 exam according to the call and how to review your mistakes.

Tools7 min readSergio Prados

These 15 questions come from the Oposilab topic tests for Auxilio Judicial. Each one explains the answer and cites the article it rests on, because a question learned without the article is forgotten in two weeks.

Before the questions, two minutes of context about the exam, because it shapes how you should practise.

What to do with your mistakes#

A test without correction is a self-esteem exercise, not study. What makes the difference is what you do with the three or four questions you get wrong:

  1. Read the whole article, not just the explanation. The LOPJ question you fail today will come back with different wording.
  2. Note it for three days later. That is the interval at which spaced repetition starts to fix memory. In Oposilab this happens on its own: every mistake enters the review queue and comes back when it is due.
  3. Take a timed mock exam with the 100 questions and the 100 minutes before Saturday 3. Knowing the syllabus and answering 100 questions in a row with the penalty in mind are two different things.

If you sit the exam on 3 October#

The last days are for your most-failed questions and for sleep. The day before, half an hour and close. Check your venue in annex VII of Order PJC/937/2026 and arrive early: the call is single at 9:00.

And if this call does not work out, do not start from scratch in 2027: keep your mistakes. They are the best syllabus you have.
