The Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa exam of the 2025 public employment offer is on Saturday 3 October 2026 at 9:00. The date is set by Order PJC/937/2026 of 28 August (BOE no. 221, 7 September 2026), which approves the definitive lists and publishes the venues. The three general bodies of the Spanish justice administration (Gestión, Tramitación and Auxilio) sit the exam on the same day and at the same time in every venue.
If you have been preparing for months, this article will not teach you anything new about the syllabus. It reminds you exactly how the exam works according to the call and what to do in the last ten days.
How the exam works, according to the call#
The three exercises take place in a single session, one after another, and all of them are mandatory and eliminatory. This is what annex IV of the order says:

Three details worth keeping in mind:
- The penalty is a quarter of a correct answer in all three exercises (0.15 of 0.60; 0.50 of 2; 0.25 of 1). Softer than the usual third in the State administration, but four mistakes still erase a correct answer.
- Blank answers do not subtract. If you have ruled out two options, answering has positive expected value; if you have ruled out none, it is a lottery with no prize.
- Reserve questions only count if an ordinary one is annulled, in order. Answer them anyway: you do not know which ones will be annulled.
Plan for the last ten days#
The goal of the final stretch is not to learn new topics: it is not to lose points you already have. This plan fits in 90 minutes a day.
Days 10 to 4: review of mistakes and a mock exam every three days#
- Review only what you get wrong. If you use Oposilab, the most-failed review mode brings up the questions you have failed most often, with the article next to them. If you use another system, make the list by hand: those questions are worth more than any new topic.
- A timed mock exam every three days, with the 100 minutes and the real penalty. Not on the sofa: desk, clock, no phone.
- Correct by block, not by question. If the organisation of the justice administration costs you more than the procedures, that is where the remaining hours go.
- IT, ten minutes a day. The third exercise is 20 points earned with short, frequent practice: Word ribbons, Windows folders and shortcuts, Outlook rules.
Days 3 and 2: nothing new#
Only your most-failed questions and a light reading of the articles that resist you most. No forums: reading that someone scores 9 in mock exams does not give you a single point.
Day 1: close at noon#
Half an hour of review in the morning and close. Prepare your ID, two pens, water, and check the venue and room in annex VI of Order PJC/937/2026. On Saturday, single call at 9:00: arrive early.

On exam day#
- Start the first exercise without looking at the clock every two minutes: 100 questions in 100 minutes is one minute per question, and most take less.
- Mark the doubtful ones and come back at the end. Answer only those where you are between two options.
- In the second exercise read the whole case before the first question: the ten questions usually rely on the same facts.
- In the third, if a question describes a menu path you do not recognise, rule out by elimination: Word, Outlook and Windows have their own vocabulary and the wrong options usually mix it up.
And after 3 October#
When the key comes out, correct by block and write down your mistakes. They serve two purposes: claims, if you spot an annullable question, and starting the next call knowing exactly what to review. If you prepare Tramitación with Oposilab, your mistakes are already in your review queue; if not, save them in a list before closing the exam in your head.
