Tools9 min readSergio Prados

These twenty questions come from the Oposilab topic tests for Auxiliar Administrativo del Estado, generated from the consolidated text of the laws in the programme. They were not written for this article: they are the same ones you would see in the app, with the explanation and the citation of the article or syllabus section they are based on. If you want to take them interactively, with marking and the literal text of the article, they are in the Auxiliar Administrativo sample test and in the public tests for each topic.

What to do with the mistakes

Every mistake in this test has an article behind it. The most profitable way to review it is not to re-read the topic but to open the cited article, read it in full and come back to the question a few days later. On Oposilab that happens on its own: the citation opens the literal text of the article and the mistake enters spaced repetition, which brings it back when it is due. The office-software block, almost half the exam, has its own article with fifteen questions: office-software test for Auxiliar Administrativo.

Where do these questions come from?
From the Oposilab topic tests for Auxiliar Administrativo del Estado, generated from the consolidated text of the Constitution, Law 39/2015, Law 40/2015, the TREBEP and the office-software syllabus, and reviewed by block. Each one cites the article or section it is based on.
How many questions does the real exam have?
Under the 2025 call, 110 plus 10 reserve: 60 in the first part (30 syllabus and 30 psychometric) and 50 on office software in the second, in 90 minutes for both parts, with a one-third penalty per mistake.
Does Oposilab include psychometric questions?
No. It covers block I on public organisation and block II on office software with topic tests and mock exams with the official structure. Psychometric questions must be practised with specific material.
Are these questions from official exams?
No. Oposilab does not include official exams from previous calls. Questions are generated from the text of the laws in the programme and cited article by article.
