What to do with the results
If most of your mistakes are in budgets, contracts and grants, it is no coincidence: they are the blocks with the most articles per topic and the ones that feed the practical case. If they are in the Constitution or in procedure, the problem is usually precision (deadlines, bodies, exceptions) and is fixed with spaced repetition on the article, not by re-reading the topic. The ten office-software topics have their own test in office-software test for Auxiliar Administrativo, valid for both exams because the programme is the same: Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
You can take these questions and those of every topic interactively, with the literal text of the article, in the Administrativo del Estado sample test.
- How many topics does Administrativo del Estado have?
- The Oposilab programme for Administrativo del Estado has 40 topics: 30 on constitutional and administrative law, public employment, budgets, contracts, grants and equality, and 10 on office software. The official programme is in the annex of the call published in the BOE.
- How many questions does the exam have?
- Under the 2025 call, up to 70 questions in the first part (plus 5 reserve) and a 20-question practical case in the second, with 100 minutes for both parts and a one-third penalty per mistake.
- Where do these questions come from?
- From the Oposilab topic tests, generated from the consolidated text of the laws in the programme and reviewed by block. Each one cites the article it is based on and, in the app, the citation opens the literal text.
- Are they useful for Auxiliar Administrativo?
- Those on the Constitution, Law 39/2015, Law 40/2015 and the TREBEP are, because those laws are common to both programmes. Those on budgets, contracts, grants, transparency and data protection are specific to Administrativo.
